Welcome to QASR. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and online shopping services provided by Titan Company Limited ("Titan", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Product Pricing & Authenticity

All QASR perfumes listed on our website are 100% authentic, formulated with fine French ingredients, and packaged directly by Titan Company Limited.

• Prices listed are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST) unless specified otherwise.
• Special offers such as "BUY 1 GET 1 FREE" or discounted MRPs are subject to stock availability and promotional timeframes.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or cancel orders resulting from inadvertent typographical errors.

Orders & Payment Methods

Orders placed via QASR can be paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) or instant online payment methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking via Razorpay SSL Gateway).

Once an order is placed, you will receive an SMS and email confirmation containing your unique Order ID (e.g. QASR-XXXX). Titan reserves the right to cancel any order if suspicious activity or stock unavailability is detected.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We provide Express Delivery across 19,000+ pincodes in India.

• Free Shipping is applicable on all orders worth ₹499 and above. Standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies for orders below ₹499.
• Estimated delivery timeframe is 2 to 5 business days depending on delivery location.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety standards for personal fragrances, opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned. However, damaged or defective items during transit are eligible for an immediate 7-day replacement.

All trademarks, logos, product names, bottle designs, images, and text appearing on this website are the exclusive property of Titan Company Limited. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
